How the hell did we get a billboard in Times Square? Nov/Dec 2023 recap

Noah Lack

Let’s skip the small talk,

We relaunched with a billboard in Times Square. What in the world is going on, and what’s next for the Athletes & Assets community:

First off if you’re new here, welcome.  I do monthly recaps because we have so much stuff going on in a four week span that we need to review what’s been posted. However, November/December have been packed into one giant month because of a new era for A&A.

8 athletes, 6 different sports, 6 leagues, 8 topics and a website.
  • Chris Benard (2x Olympic Triple Jumper) discussed the tough financial situation of Track and Field and reveals his career coaching desire post track career.
  • Rick Vargas (ex-Pro Tennis) shared some of his favorite Steve Jobs stories and design/branding of the first iPod.
  • Chase Hansen (ex- New Orleans Saints Linebacker) discussed Utah Real Estate for his new job as an investor relations manager at Thrive.
  • Noah and Rex debates whether the NBA/SKIMs partnership made sense from a brand perspective.
  • Chris Eubanks (ATP Top 30, 2023 Mallorca Champion) explained how to balance broadcasting while being one of the best professional tennis players in the world.
  • Nik Stauskas (NBA vet) gave his top stock market picks.
  • Russ Smith (Pro Basketball Player) broke down how he became a Bourbon Connoisseur, running Mr. and Mrs. Bourbon Co.
  • Nat Young (WSL Surfer) explained how prize money in surfing has decreased and how the surfing community has gotten more creative as a result - 28k views on YouTube!
  • Truck Bryant (ex-West Virginia Basketball Legend) learned entrepreneurship on the fly as the Founder of Truck Bryant Cleaning Company.
  • Trevor Rosenthal (MLB Pitcher) is looking to acquire a small business.
  • Matt Mooney (Professional Basketball Player) is bringing A.I. into basketball training with AthletIQ.

We dropped our launch video! If you could give it a like/comment it would be much appreciated.

During our launch we received an opportunity to put our brand up and visit to Times Square to see some of our former guests on a giant billboard! That was nuts. Will have to go in depth on that some day.

We also shared some written pieces

So what’s next? Well for one, we can now help you.

More incredible guests, more written pieces hitting your inbox for one. Additionally, some of the content we’re making has people asking if they can have similar content made for them. So yes, we can make high end short-form content for you. Anything under 2 minute works— anything under 1 minute is ideal.

Everyone have a fantastic holiday season, and we will see you in 2024….
