Haley Lukas was a defensive stalwart for the University of California, Berkeley women's soccer team before having a successful professional stint in Hungary. During her playing career she was intrigued by various sports business transactions, and wanted to have a hand in creating them. Haley is currently working to obtain her JD/MBA at Cornell Law School, while acting as the current COO for Female Footballers, a social enterprise/non-profit helping young female-identifying and non-binary players focus on the mental aspects of sports. We chat about Haley's journey, the mission of Female Footballers, and how young women now have the chance to be mentored by top professional athletes!
