Episode Description

Prince Amukamara is a 9-year NFL Defensive back who won the 2012 Super Bowl with the New York Giants, in one of the best games in sports history. To many, that’s where his story shines the brightest. But we digress: his career is just beginning. Prince is now a licensed realtor in Arizona. He owns multiple AirBnb properties and teaches lessons learned about renting. He owns his own Fedex route. He also owns an assisted living property where he is profiting for a purpose: because of a close death in the family, he has spent time renovating the property, making it more accommodating for senior citizens, while allowing it to put on the food for his family. In one of the more fascinating A and A episodes, Prince gives a masterclass on his various passive income streams.
