Episode Description

Ricky Lewis was a key defender with the Los Angeles Galaxy, Colorado Rapids, as well as the USA U20 team. The Clemson alum enjoyed his time on this pitch, but grew up in a family familiar with sales. Ricky has now spent over a decade excelling in sales at Stryker, a multinational technologies corporation which provides medical devices and surgical equipment. He also happens to be a part of the Professional Women's Soccer team Bay FC ownership group alongside his wife and former USA Soccer Star Leslie Osborne Lewis. We chat about owning a sports team and the importance of sales. As Ricky explains, sales is the heartbeat of the company, and athletes are primed to excel in sales divisions regardless of industry.
