Building the next group of biohackers in the deep south one cold plunge and sauna at a time...

Episode Description

Brandon Chubb’s second year in the NFL with the Detroit Lions didn’t go as planned. The Linebacker suffered a brutal ACL injury that caused many to feel sorry for Brandon, as many naturally would. But Brandon says it was the best thing that happened to him.During that time, Brandon had numerous externships that gave him the idea of a white space in his home state of Georgia. There’s no central restorative health and wellness space, motivation Brandon to start Do Not Disturb, a health and wellness spa in Atlanta, Georgia. We chat about the ups and downs of building the company, not eating breakfast for 17 days, even the current state of the Carolina Panthers, and more.
